1. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Danma Gardens Hotel via WhatsApp, email, or our booking system.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The full balance is due before or on the date of your event or check-in, as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: full refund minus admin fees
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before: no refund
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Danma Gardens Hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, illegal, or violates our policies.
6. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay or event. Danma Gardens Hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
7. Event Guidelines
Event organisers must comply with all local regulations, noise limits, and safety requirements. Setup and teardown times should be agreed in advance.
8. Changes to Terms
Danma Gardens Hotel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
